Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious technical business analyst/ technical project manager to join our integration line as Integration Lead.
As an Integration Lead, you’ll be leading a technical integration Agile scrum team, including business analysts, developers, and QAs, to drive and operate both the planning and delivery of our integration in high-quality and great performances. On your day-to-day you’ll work closely with the customer to define the needs, collect the requirements, and manage the project backlogs.
You’ll work with the project delivery manager and other key stakeholders to help optimize the delivery pipeline and ensure on-time delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: BA / B.S.C/ IT/ or Equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a technical project manager/ delivery manager/ technical business analyst – Must.
  • Well understanding and experience on SDLC End-to-End processes – Must.
  • Experience leading a technical integration Agile scrum team - Must.
  • Strong SQL skills – Must.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical decision-making skills, business acumen, independence, and organizational abilities – Must.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of integration architecture and industry best practices – Must.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of integration technologies, SOAP and/or REST web services and ETL processes (preferred Talend) – Must.
  • Customer facing Experience – Must.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English – Must.
  • Excellent presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders – Must.
  • Background as a developer – Must.
  • Familiarity with the world of insurance and insurance IT systems – Advantage.
  • Experience working with Jira – Advantage.
  • Experience working with Git – Advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide support as the primary point of contact for the integration scrum team.
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end SDLC, from development to production, with a direct focus on integration delivery.
  • Lead the A&D process, gathering integration requirements, and delivering high-level design solutions.
  • Take the lead in the build process and assume full responsibility for the successful delivery.
  • Effectively manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain direct communication with project stakeholders, including external customers, providing regular status updates, and promptly addressing any issues as they arise.
