As Integration Operations Manager, you will support all integration solutions and ensure availability and reliability of middleware platforms, as well as manage 24/7 managed service supporting worldwide data integration solutions, ensure service quality and expertise of team is maintained and lead critical incident management.
You will also drive continuous improvement of ways of working and supporting tools, while ensuring constant and effective communication to top management.
Missions

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or university equivalent.
  • At least 8+ years’ experiences on production operations and/or more than 5+ years’ data integration related experience.
  • Technical expertise with Control-M, API and Talend and/or ITIL Knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Experience in managing complex and multicultural teams, display strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Self-motivated in understanding business processes within Retail industry.
  • Willing to travel if required (France, India, or other countries subject to business needs).

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the process and organization of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
  • Plan and work with technical L4 on designing platform monitoring. Ensure the knowledge transfer between technical experts (L4) and the team.
  • Maintain and update technical documents and SOP to ensure the team following best practices. Able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop and implement process improvements.
  • Supervise the team of applicative support of multiple middleware solutions.
  • Capable of contributing to the technical solutions when needed.
  • Provide regular and effective updates to Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) top management.
  • Ensure awareness of our processes across the global IS&T department.
  • Animate or playing a role of facilitator between different AMS support teams for Problem Management.
  • Interact everyday with the delivery manager and data integration architects/designers to ensure the quality of deliveries.
  • Use innovation to improve and automate existing process to increase effectiveness.
