You will be hands on and know how to bring stories to life through inspiring and thought provoking written, video or visual content across the many platforms that are available, and you’ll understand what channels are best deployed to reach our target audiences.
You can see the big picture and will be a champion for great brand moments, understanding how to showcase the business across the wider marketing mix, assisting colleagues throughout the team whether that be at a conference or trade show, a customer interview, or shortening the sales funnel.
You know the power of well-written content and the impact that this has on the performance of websites organically, continuously delving into the data to optimise, with the confidence to work with and challenge digital marketing agencies to optimise performance.
The experience we’re looking for includes:
- Experience of working within a dynamic multi-discipline marketing team across both b2b and b2c brands
- Experience in a marketing manager or senior marketing manager role
- Experience in business integration (potentially having been in PE backed companies)
- Strong working knowledge of SEO with evidence of taking the lead when it comes to website performance overall
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital reporting dashboards
- Strong marketing project management skills
We would expect you to have:
- Further higher learning, preferably at degree level, or marketing industry training
- At least 3 years or working within a creative marketing, content or social media marketing role
- Excellent communication skills, project briefing and management, and the ability to influence at various levels
- An acute attention to detail
- A hands-on approach to digital marketing
Contract length: 6 month
Responsibilities:
3t is the market-leading training, learning technology and simulation company for safetycritical industries: number one for training to the UK oil and gas industry, and global offshore wind market; and the world’s number one for advanced simulator technology.
With a global customer base, 3t is in an exciting growth phase and currently going through a full business re-brand.
This exciting role will support with the related marketing activities that will aid the successful integration of two international businesses to our existing, established 3t brand.
The successful candidate will be integral in the creation and deployment of thought-provoking and high-performing content across all 3t digital channels: social media, website, articles, case studies, thought-leadership, and more.
Part of 3t’s marketing team, the role will also support with marketing promotion of the overall 3t offering and world-class solution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to
- Project management of re-branded marketing materials, facilities, workwear and platforms, and liaison with delivery teams and suppliers
- Digital landscape mapping and integrations, which could include websites, social media channels, digital marketing channels inc. google analytics, adwords, etc.
- Marketing collateral auditing and refreshing across 3t (including creating new content) to ensure all new offerings are captured and enhanced
- Project management of re-branded internal documentation and roll-out including our employee portal, global brand guidelines, and library
- Communications structure mapping including databases, schedules, and themes
