Job Description
The ANZ Integration Risk Manager is a key strategic support role within the Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) market, reporting to the Senior Risk Manager, APAC.
This position is responsible for establishing a robust first line of defense for risk management within an exciting new acquisition in the ANZ market. The role involves supporting the Executive and senior management in identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks, enhancing the control environment, monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and driving improvements in issue and loss event management.
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of operational risk management experience
  • Prior experience within risk management or integration experience is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to build a strong internal network across various stakeholder groups and global teams

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Risk Management integration plan is delivered on time
  • Act as a local point of contact for Risk Management matters during the integration
  • Co-ordinate Risk & Issue management matters arising from all integration workstreams, including the administration of all issues within the Archer software tool
  • Prepare and present integration risk reporting to stakeholders
  • Provide training to key stakeholders on effective risk management and Experian expectations
  • Oversee critical controls effectiveness, issues management and loss event management
  • Monitor and review risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulation
