QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An Academic degree in business management combined with at least 5 years of financial planning, controlling and risk management in a global context.
  • Knowledge and insights from a pharmaceutical company.
  • A good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
  • Ability to work in different cultures that will allow you to become an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities:

The specific responsibilities will include:

  • Department financial planning and controlling; In close collaboration with AM BSI mgmt. ensure financial planning, management of AB/RE budget processes, monthly management reporting (MMR) and controlling.
  • Program financial planning and controlling; In close collaboration with program manager and program planner ensure financial planning of program resources and program related costs incl. project costs as well as controlling of resources and activities incl. potential reimbursement to workstream owners.
  • Risk management; Identify, mitigate and monitor key risks in above mention program incl. driving governance.
  • TSA financial planning and controlling; In close collaboration with TSA partner ensure financial planning and controlling of TSA and reverse TSA related costs incl. potential adjustments or exists of TSA.
  • Strategic processes incl. “Business Review”; Drive or ensure deliveries for other non-financial strategic processes such as Business review meeting.
  • Reporting; Financial and non-financial reporting in for example MMR and other management reports
