Responsibilities:

As an Integration Specialist at Equus Software, you will play a crucial role in integrating our software products with various external systems and third-party applications. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to define integration requirements, implement our existing solutions with client-specific configurations, and support and maintain these integrations in our Azure-based production environment.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining integration solutions using Jitterbit’s iPaaS platform, analyzing and troubleshooting data and integration issues, and providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will create and manage data mappings and transformations for integration projects, monitor and optimize integration performance to ensure reliability and efficiency, and add new and maintain existing documentation of our solutions. This role involves a blend of supporting existing integrations, implementing configured solutions, and new development to meet specific client needs.
