THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Integrations, AI & Insights Strategist to enhance decision-making in agricultural operations through advanced data analytics and automation. In this role, you will focus on integrating various data sources and leveraging AI to provide actionable insights for our customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Integrations Strategy + Oversight:
- Manage integrations of new technology to enable farmers with precision on the job
- Collaborate with development teams on integration requirements
- Facilitate partner integrations
- Data Utilisation + Insights Development:
- Collaborate on strategies for commercializing insights
- Analyse data for operational insights and tool development
- AI and Automation Initiatives:
- Lead AI projects to enhance customer success and operations.
- Customer Engagement and Feedback:
- Gather feedback to assess insight utility and identify features.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies for future integrations.
THE FIT
We are looking for an innovative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
This role is highly collaborative, so you’ll need to be well-versed in engaging with multiple stakeholders, an expert in data analytics and AI, and have a background in, or strong knowledge of farming or agriculture.
In addition to being a curious and innovative individual with a penchant for big-picture thinking, you should have:
- 7-10 years in software integration or technology consulting.
- Farming experience or exposure to the agricultural sector.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience with large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with AI, IoT, and data analytics.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
