POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Integrations Analyst. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our internal B2B tool, ElasticSuite, as well as other B2B/B2C tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of these tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
B2B Sales Tools: Experience with B2B sales tools, ideally ElasticSuite, NuORDER or similar.
Technical Skills: Experience with NetSuite, SFTP, BigCommerce, and Celigos Integrator.io integration platform (or similar integration platforms).
ERP Systems: Experience using and integrating tools with ERPs, ideally NetSuite.
Excel Proficiency: Deep experience with Excel, including lookups and macros.
B2B Tool Administration: Experience as an Administrator for a B2B Tool, ideally ElasticSuite.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B analytics/administration, sales/sales operations, or a related role. Experience with ElasticSuites tools and technologies is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired
Sales Experience: Some level of experience working in sales in the outdoor industry.
B2C Sales Tools: Experience with B2C sales tools, ideally Big Commerce or similar.
Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
Database Knowledge: Some understanding of relational databases, including the ability to write basic SQL queries.

Responsibilities:

Integration Development: Scope, develop, and maintain integrations between our Global ERP and third-party software solutions.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration of sales tools.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and how they integrate with various sales tools.
Data Management: Collect, aggregate, and validate data inputs from multiple teams to ensure accurate and efficient integration processes.
Collaborate: Work with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure the tool meets business needs.
Help coordinate and drive internal sales & marketing teams to support the seasonal development of the B2B/B2C tools.
Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and report on tool performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the tool.
