INTEGRATIONS MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Integrations Manager to be based out of our head office in Dieppe, NB. You will lead a team of Integration Specialists whose goal is to deliver data connections for Midland’s customers and transportation partners using technology solutions that remove friction, improve efficiencies, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Post-secondary education with focus in technical applications and integrations
  • Years of Experience: 5 years of people leadership with experience in information and technical systems, project management using agile methodology and change management, preferably in the transportation industry
  • A demonstrated results-driven leadership approach
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in delivering EDI and API solutions across various data integration platforms and TMS solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owners, Process Owners, Business Architects and Technical Solutions Architects to develop and continuously improve our customer integration strategy and roadmap
  • Drive delivery of integration solutions within required SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Provide integration subject matter expertise on legacy and innovative technology to business and technical teams
  • Drive actions to enable positive engagement in your team
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enable continuous development and learning
  • Deliver effective testing cycles, including test case development, to ensure new and enhanced products meet quality requirements
