Intellectual Property Senior Specialist

POSITION

Within the Governance & Compliance Department and reporting to the Legal, Public Affairs & WW IP Senior Manager, the candidate will contribute to the general functioning of the Intellectual Property Department, with particular focus on all the activities related to the online and offline global brand protection and anti-counterfeiting strategy. She/he will work together with several departments to contribute to the FENDI business activities.

• Manage and coordinate trademark, design, copyright and/or patent infringements as well as cybersquatting WW disputes/litigations;
• Implementing WW global brand protection programs online and offline in cooperation with LVMH and local FENDI organizations;
• Delivering anti-counterfeiting solutions, also involving online-to-offline connections, and customs training;
• Contribute to the definition of policies and strategies in the intellectual property area (e.g. trainings, procedures);
• Contribute to the IP Diplomacy (activities and relations with Associations and Authorities);
• Work on IP related contracts, leading the legal aspects of the relevant projects (such as collaboration initiatives with other brands);
• Familiarity in managing the budget related to the activities to be undertaken.
