We’re looking for an Intelligence Coordinator to join our Claims and Fraud department in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. You’ll undertake general administration duties for Counter Fraud Services department in a timely manner and responsible for the management of external data requests submitted under the Data Protection Act for the prevention and detection of crime.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Previous experience in the motor insurance industry an advantage
- Experience of working in a fraud environment (Desirable)
- Some knowledge of fraud intelligence handling practices
- Basic understanding of all aspects of motor insurance
- Knowledge of FCA requirements (including TCF) and the regulatory framework relating to general insurance.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good report writing skills.
