Be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for an Intelligent Automation Manager to join our office in Stockholm.
We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Manager to join our team and help drive our automation division. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and managing a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services. You will work closely with senior leaders in the automation division to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, at least 3 years of which is hands-on development, ideally with UiPath. The ideal candidate should also have a proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships. Being knowledgeable in one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance, is a plus.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation
- 3 years of development experience with UiPath
- Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
- Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities:
GENERAL: RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS FOR THIS ROLE
- Lead client engagements, managing the project scope and helping push through technical challenges
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
- Hands-on development of UiPath solutions for critical clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
- Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings
SPECIFIC DELIVERY: RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Focus on continuously improving delivery processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Understanding client needs and aligning delivery efforts and ensuring client expectations throughout the delivery process
SPECIFIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Leverage relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop compelling proposals that differentiate the company’s offerings and meet clients’ needs
- Ensure that sales activities are properly tracked and reported
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of time
ROLE SPECIFIC
As an Intelligent Automation Manager, you will play a critical role in leading project teams and managing the delivery of technology-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to develop end-to-end solutions that drive efficiencies, improve processes and deliver tangible business outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple project workstreams, from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. You should have a deep understanding of the technology landscape in your specific area of focus, and be able to apply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, and be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
