Description:
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Language Proficiency : Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Network Infrastructure Knowledge : Strong interest in and understanding of network infrastructure, including Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and peering.
- Educational Background : BA/BS degree or equivalent in technical or business-related fields, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience : Over 2 years of experience in carrier relations, network interconnection, and peering delivery is preferred.
- Technical Understanding : Solid grasp of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, traffic routing, IPv6) and related technologies.
- Communication Skills : Proven experience in managing third-party relationships or strong natural communication abilities.
- Project Management : Experience in project management or a natural aptitude for handling projects effectively.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented with expertise in querying data and ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Network Infrastructure team, focusing on capacity deployment. As an Interconnect Manager Support (ICMS) , you will collaborate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) worldwide to enhance network capacity. This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a team-oriented mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate Delivery : Partner with third parties to deliver edge network infrastructure, including IP services, peering, colocation, and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
- Manage Relationships : Build and maintain a portfolio of supplier contracts across various regions, managing new capacity orders, upgrades, changes, and decommissions.
- Liaison and Coordination : Oversee capacity increases and work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth coordination among stakeholders throughout the process.
- Traffic Evaluation : Assess network traffic for capacity, reliability, and performance, converting these insights into requirements for caching and peering discussions with internal and external partners.
- Support and Analysis : Provide analytical and planning support to infrastructure, data analytics, and product teams to enhance partner engagements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Network Engineering, Logistics, and equipment vendors to integrate new equipment and technologies into the production network.
