Due to continuing growth in our Rail and Transit practice, we are seeking an Interface Manager to join our growing team. This position will be integral to supporting the continuing development and growth of GHD’s Rail and Transit business.

Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Manage interfaces with internal and external parties on multidisciplinary transport engineering projects (Road/Rail etc).
- Build Interface Matrix and interface register; lead the evolution over the lifecycle of the project.
- Prepare and submit Interface Control Documents/Interface Control Definition Documents and manage the communication flow among internal and external parties.
- Attend interface meetings with external parties and represent GHD.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, identify action items, and follow up with related teams.
- Prepare progress reports on document submission and project status.
- Provide advice and guidance to GHD project teams on how to implement the Interface Management approach and tools for its transportation projects.
- Mentoring less experienced engineers/graduates/interns.
