We are investing our services for neurodivergent young people in Buckinghamshire. If you are passionate about delivering top quality assessment and intervention, inspiring change, and getting children and young people the support and care they need then we are looking for you.
We will offer you the opportunity to join a friendly and supportive, well-established, and knowledgeable multi-professional team and support you through regular supervision and opportunities to lead on and contribute to service improvements. We want to help you grow in your career and will be willing to provide training and shadowing to help you develop the knowledge and skills that will help you in this role.
In this role you will be a vital member of the team helping the system to understand the complete identity of the young person and how their neurodivergence, mental health and developmental profile influences how they interact and how they understand the world.

To support the Neurodevelopmental Assessment and ADHD clinic Operational lead in the delivery of specialist services whilst also holding a clinical caseload
L ead on dynamic, holistic and evidence-based assessments to identi fy neurod evelopmental needs
To deputise for the Operational lead when required.
To be responsible for the line management, case supervision and appraisal of team colleagues
