Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • experience creating digital content
  • Experience with web and mobile platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Expert understanding of content design and content strategy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, interpersonal and analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating content strategy and design experience
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Commitment to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
  • Storytelling and internal communications experience

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Hilton’s research and optimisation teams to ensure users’ content needs and expectations are met
  • Create product and brand content, interface copy, UI microcopy, and other content as required
  • Maintain and help evolve content standards, methodologies, guidelines, principles, and taxonomies for various audiences and initiatives
  • Create sitemaps, content audits, taxonomies, content models, and content architecture documents
  • Partner with UX and UI designers to shape the user experience through language, components, and interaction patterns
  • Liaise with product and business stakeholders to ensure collection of all relevant information/content
  • Participate in reviews to ensure products meet business and user objectives
  • Coordinate, lead, or manage small/non-complex projects, or independently perform segments of larger projects.
  • Lead content audits, creative brainstorming sessions and content exploration initiatives
  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap
  • Work with all of Hilton’s brands to establish a strategy for balancing implementing content standards and tone of voice across digital product
