Interim Financial Analyst Mentor- AZ (Healthcare)
American Consultants is looking for an interim financial analyst mentor for an acute healthcare facility in Arizona.
POSITION SUMMARYThe Financial Analyst provides support to the Director of Finance or Fiscal Services. This position is responsible for delivery of meaningful, accurate and timely reporting and analysis on business performance to make fact-based sound business decisions in a hospital environment. Essential skills are having knowledge/experience of ROI (Return on Investment) and pro forma calculation/analysis. Incumbent must demonstrate ability to design and interpret complex financial analyses in support of the strategic initiatives.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS-

• Must have hospital/healthcare experience
• Power BI
• Excellent at Excel
• Productivity monitoring
• ROI analysis
• Budgeting…starting a new budget software in Fall (Workdays Adaptive)
• KPI improvement methodology
• Mix of on-site and remote. One on one off, or two on two off
• Looking at a 90 day initial contract
• Must have strong experience working well with doctors
• Someone with initiative that will take on projects not wait to be told what to do
• Someone with established methodologies for improvement
• Must have Supply Chain analyst experience
  Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fiel
