INTERIM ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) EXECUTIVE

Location: Remote/Hybrid/On-site (based on client needs)
At Osborne Interim Management, we’re searching for experienced AI Executives to provide expert guidance on adopting, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions for our client base across Canada.
You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining AI solutions, providing expertise in solving business problems, and implementing AI systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Evaluate clients’ business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
• Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with client needs and challenges
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models, algorithms, and tools.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and drive decision-making.
• Provide guidance on AI tools and platforms, recommending best-fit solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of AI solutions.
• Train and mentor client teams to provide ongoing support and maintenance after successful implementation
• Monitor AI trends, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Ensure AI systems follow ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience integrating AI advancements into various industries and corporations.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
• Strong Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or similar.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data handling and manipulation techniques, data graphics and depicts and statistical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to break down technical matters to all levels of an organization
• Outstanding problem-solving, organization, and project management skills.

When working with Osborne Interim Management you will be acting as an independent contractor, supported by the Practice and able to collaborate with over 30 other talented principals and advisors across Canada. There is no employment relationship in effect between Osborne and any of its team members.

Our Interim Managers and Senior Advisors temporarily fill gaps where specific skills are lacking, bring specialized and valuable leadership to the organization, are accountable for their work, produce tangible results and leave the organization once the issue has been resolved, a full-time executive is in place and/or the project is completed.
