- Experienced and proactive manager and coach.

- Up-to-date knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Extensive experience of preparing or auditing IFRS financial statements and complex technical accounting scenarios.
- Excellent knowledge of group and multi-currency consolidation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple commitments effectively.
- Industry experience preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
AS OUR INTERIM GROUP REPORTING AND TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Supervising of a team of 3 direct reports: 1 Technical Group Reporting Accountant and 2 Group Reporting Accountants.
OTHER GROUP FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing other internally reported financial information on a recurring basis.
- Managing the Dr. Martens Foundation monthly journals, management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supporting other teams on month-end processes as required, including Group consolidation tasks.
- Ensuring Regional Finance team submissions to Group Reporting and local authorities are consistent with Group policies.
- Supporting the maintenance of controls and segregation of duties matrices.
- Assisting with coaching and development of other Global Finance team members.
