INTERIM HR BUSINESS PARTNER

    Want to work temporarily as an HR Business Partner at an international, sustainable and innovative company within the supply chain? We are PRS, part of the family-owned Faber Group, experts in supply chain. We supply reusable pallets to the plastics industry, using a circular supply chain model. Who you are

  • Available for 24 hours a week from November 2024 to mid-April 2025
  • In possession of an HBO (preferably WO) work and thinking level
  • You have around 8 - or more - years of experience in an all-round HR Business Partner role. There is added value if this is with an international, medium-sized organisation.
  • You are analytical, know what the organisation needs are and are able to think and act across entities. You oversee the impact of your decisions
  • With your strong communication skills, you know how to convince by substantiating matters well and you dare to challenge the status quo
  • You know how to set the right priorities by managing the Business and HR agenda well, in an environment that is constantly changing and in which processes and procedures are constantly being developed and digitised
  • You know everything about developments in the HR field
  • Finally, you speak and write excellent Dutch, are proficient in English speech and writing
