ABOUT THE JOB

We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Interim Marketing Manager (12 months fixed contract) to join our Swedish marketing team. As a pivotal member of the marketing function, you will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated brand activations and campaigns. Your role will be operational, aiming to position Kry as the go-to choice for Swedish consumers and patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan, and execute integrated marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth
  • Work with brand strategy and management, including tracking and benchmarking competitors to identify and anticipate market opportunities and threats
  • Execute omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across digital platforms and physical locations, with a strong focus on performance targets and budget control
  • Secure actionable audience insights and develop granular profiling and segmentation to drive marketing efficiency and brand loyalty
  • Ensure strong ROMI and marketing performance across channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Communications, Web, CRM, and Performance Marketing to ensure impactful campaigns and activations
  • Manage agency relations, including planning, briefing, and overseeing the creative process from concept to execution, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI
