Are you ready to make an impact and help shape the future of healthcare recruitment? HUC is seeking a dynamic, proactive Non-Clinical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be more than just a recruiter; you’ll be a vital connector, building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues to attract top talent and support our mission to grow and thrive.
We are offering an exciting 12-month, fixed term contract for a Non-Clinical Recruiter at HUC—a role where you’ll be more than just a recruiter. As a trusted partner working alongside the Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll develop and execute forward-thinking recruitment strategies that support HUC’s growth. You’ll be at the forefront of our recruitment process, from identifying top talent to seamless handovers with our onboarding team, ensuring that every step reflects our commitment to quality, fairness, and compliance.
In this hands-on, high-impact position, your efforts will attract exceptional candidates, strengthen our brand, and directly contribute to a thriving team that embodies the values of HUC.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Cultivate lasting relationships with HUC stakeholders, job board providers, and recruitment agencies to maximize our reach and recruitment success.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert insights and solutions to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless, positive experience for all involved.
  • Lead the Recruitment Journey: Own the recruitment inbox, screen CVs and cover letters, and conduct initial interviews to identify top talent.
  • Support Hiring Managers: Offer end-to-end recruitment support, from role design and job descriptions to sourcing candidates both internally and externally.
  • Champion Talent Attraction: Drive effective attraction strategies and support impactful recruitment events, including open days, job fairs, and assessment centres.
  • Develop a Long-Term Talent Pipeline: Create recruitment plans that meet immediate needs and build future talent pipelines, ensuring we’re always prepared for growth.
  • Innovate and Improve: Constantly seek ways to enhance our recruitment practices, from process improvements to promoting internal referrals through our Refer-a-Friend program.
