The Interim Onboarding and Training Specialist is responsible for facilitating training, coaching, and mentoring for new and existing team members. This professional will have the responsibility to cultivate a learning culture for an onboarding program in order to provide new team members with the skills to be successful across all roles in the organization, including personal insurance and farm and commercial.
Primary responsibilities of the Specialist will be to teach the curriculum and develop new insurance professionals. When there is no active onboarding taking place, the Specialist will be working with our leaders to create and execute training initiatives for existing team members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in mentoring or training roles.
  • RIBO license in good standing.
  • +5 years working in the insurance industry
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proven ability to coach and support team members to reach goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Power Broker, ARS, and insurance-specific platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and support team members to reach goals.
  • Thinks outside the box and comes up with creative ideas to achieve goals.
  • Dedicated to being a champion of company values and team culture.
  • Proven ability to lead team and take initiative.Interacts with patience, enthusiasm and dedication
  • Has an in-depth understanding of all insurance-related products in both personal, farm and commercial insurance.

  • Pays close attention to detail and multi-tasks with a high level of organization.
