Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
This Senior HR Business Partner is part of the global functional HRBP team and reports to the Head of Group HRBP for the function. In this role you closely collaborate with the business leadership team, and jointly set the HR & functional strategy. You will manage and collaborate with an international team of global and local HRBPs and CoE specialists in order to develop and support the growth of the organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for integrating HR practices, driving change, shaping and implementing the people plan in line with the functional business agenda.
THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:
- Partner with the Function LT to co-create and drive the people plan for org development, talent, employee experience and culture
- Develop and implement the global HR agenda and translate business needs to concrete initiatives and projects in alignment with other HR pillars
- Partners with the People Experience, Workforce Insights & Shaping teams to leverage existing global frameworks and policies for building capabilities specific to the business/function/geography
- Drive strategic talent management and coach senior leaders
- Act as a change agent, supporting management teams solve organization, people & change-related matters
- Guide the development of a forward-looking and performance driven workforce and cultivate an agile organisational design
- Leverage people data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and support improvement to the HR service and procedures
- Ensuring duty of care as a responsible employer across all policies and procedures and proactively work to minimise people risk
