Description:

ODA IS A COMPANY ON THE MOVE. WE BUILT NORWAY’S LEADING ONLINE GROCERY STORE AND NOW WE WANT TO SHARE WHAT WE’VE CREATED WITH THE WORLD! DELIVERING A BROAD ASSORTMENT OF HIGH-QUALITY, AFFORDABLE GROCERIES TO THOUSANDS OF DOORSTEPS IS A COMPLEX PROCESS, BUT WE BELIEVE WE’VE CRACKED THE CODE. USING DATA-DRIVEN METHODOLOGY, WITH A FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY ALL THE WAY ALONG THE CHAIN, WE ARE CREATING THE MOST EFFICIENT RETAIL SYSTEM IN THE WORLD.

We are seeking an Interim Strategy & Operations Manager to cover parental leave in the team! In this role, you’ll join a committed management team focused on defining and aligning strategy across Oda and ensuring we work efficiently toward our goals. You’ll lead the strategy process, enhance ways of working, and develop systems to execute our strategy effectively. Plus, you’ll manage and coordinate important projects that drive our strategy forward.
This temporary position runs from January 2025 to the end of August and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Responsibilities:

As we move beyond our annual strategy process, this role will be key in driving execution and ensuring follow-through on essential initiatives. You’ll lead the OKR process, oversee critical projects, and guide key initiatives to help achieve our strategic goals across both Oda and Mathem.

This also includes:

  • Analyzing and developing business cases, as well as creating decision materials for strategic topics and decisions for the management team and Board.
  • Leading and refining the process to define Oda’s company strategy, both short- and long-term, ensuring a clear and aligned direction.
  • Revising and enhancing processes, systems, and information flow to support efficient decision-making and smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborating with leaders across teams on key business priorities and preparing materials for Board meetings to drive strategic decisions.
