Description:
Andy Fisher Workshop Pte Ltd (AFW) is a Singapore-based design consultancy offering integrated architectural and interior design services across SE Asia and the world.
We are seeking applicants with proven experience in hospitality, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects, for the role of Interior Architecture Designer in our growing studio.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization of design ideas
- Develop, organize and execute design solutions through to completion, within guidelines of client / hotel operators
- Work closely with the whole team to deliver design presentations and technical packages within timelines
- To coordinate and communicate with clients and consultants
- Scheduling of FF+E
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 6-7 years relevant experience.
- Good design and good space planning on various building typologies and project development experience
- A flair for design and sensitive to details.
- Excellent communicator – both graphically and verbally
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible to changes, and meet given deadlines.
- A good team player – communicative, self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Relevant educational qualifications (degree/diplomas/professional accreditation
- Excellence in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D and presentation software
