JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and innovative Interior Design Engineer to join our talented team. The Interior Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing design concepts for interior spaces across various projects. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable interior environments.
Your responsibilities will include creating detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation, as well as coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating materials and finishes for various projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in interior design or interior design engineering
• Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Keen knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with sustainability and green building practices is a plus
