Responsibilities:
- Support Key Trade Accounts (es. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands) on the development of interior design projects.
- Develop design concepts, moodboards, tailor presentations towards clients
- Sourcing & styling for the development of residential, retail & hospitality projects
- Negotiate with the supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projects
- Evaluate margins and commercial implications on projects
- Evaluate project requirements and operate accordingly (e.g. certifications)
- Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle
- Collaborate and liaise with our internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Administration, Order Management)
- Understand B2B client enquiries for residential and commercial projects and use problem solving skills to meet their expectations
- Review and manage B2B project opportunities
- Propose trade business development initiatives
- Support the trade team both in the development of new initiatives and in the definition of new market expansion through research and analytics
