Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking to hire an experienced Interior Designer/Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background working with Revit and other design tool, such a person who also have worked intensively on residential and commercia projects.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Senior level
- Experience Length : 5 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience working in an interior firm
- Must be able to distinguish between colors and how to stylishly apply them for aesthetically pleasing Interiors
- A passion for business and closing of sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field required; coursework in computer-aided design, (CAD) highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients
- Producing detailed drawing and specification
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Coordinating with project runners and other team membersEnsuring that projects are delivered on time and within budgets
