JOB SUMMARY

MajeStay is seeking a creative yet highly organized individual to manage all aspects of property setup—from initial inspection to final staging—while ensuring each unit aligns with MajeStay’s brand standards. This dual role combines interior design expertise with operational execution, aiming to make each property “guest-ready” in the most efficient, cost-effective manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in interior design, property management, or hospitality operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eye for aesthetics and detail; knowledge of current design trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
• A valid UAE driver’s license (preferred) for on-site inspections and deliveries.

• Property Inspections Conduct initial on-site visits to assess layout, repair needs, and the overall design potential of newly signed properties.
• Design & Furnishing Develop interior design plans that reflect MajeStay’s aesthetic and meet owners’ budgets. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and install furniture, décor, and other essentials.
• Project Coordination Work with maintenance teams to schedule repairs or renovations. Ensure each step (repairs, painting, furnishing) is completed on time and within budget.
• Cleaning & Setup Oversee the deep cleaning and final staging of the property, ensuring a polished, professional look before photography.
• Photography & Handover Arrange for professional photo shoots and provide the Guest Experience team with a final “property packet” (key info, inventory lists, design notes).
• Budget & Timeline Management Track expenses, negotiate rates with vendors, and maintain timelines for quick turnovers from contract signing to listing activation.
