Job Description

• Preparing Detailed Shop Drawings ,Cultists & As builts.
• Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.
• Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Coordinator.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and HVAC drawings and other trades.
• Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Manage and file drawings.
• Preparing detailed cut-list drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.
• Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Dealing inquiries, Quantity take off, BOQ preparation.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Civil, Diploma, ITI
Minimum 5-7 years of gulf country experience
Softwares required: 2D
