Interior Team Leader or Supervisor

The Interior supervisor performs a hands-on supervisory role. Leading and guiding a team of housekeepers and butlers to achieve an exceptionally high level of cleanliness, hygiene and order. The supervisor will be in charge of inventories, work schedules and periodical tasks. An important aspect of this role is training and upskilling staff, so exceptional staff development skills are mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Safe Chemical Handling
• National Police Clearance (Mandatory)
• 5+ years’ experience working as a housekeeper in a senior position
• Experience working in VVIP private household essential
• 2+ years managing staff

• Works well under pressure
• Advanced housekeeping skills – able to recognize and know best methods for cleaning various surfaces, linens and objects.
• Experience training and developing staff
