As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Intermediate Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, assisting with month-end closing, reconciling accounts, and supporting various accounting functions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA designation (or working toward CPA) is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in an industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist managing entities with full cycle accounting.
  • Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare and process journal entries, accruals.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.
  • Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
