Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Ensure timely payment and filings with tax authorities
  • Manage and payment of payroll
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Review financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Input customer Invoices daily
  • Submit bills of lading to the shipping company, for Triple Bogey drivers
  • Ensure deliveries are made by Triple Bogey delivery team and third party logistics company
  • Help build delivery routes daily for Triple Bogey drivers
  • Pick items needed for Triple Bogey drivers each day
  • Inventory management
  • Help with Sales Rep Management
