Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and communicating current project status to the Project Manager or Job Captain at regular intervals
  • Working with the team to ensure project success as measured by client satisfaction, work quality, profitability, and fostering team professionalism and collaboration
  • Leading team members and actively participates in the preparation of drawing packages for various permit submissions and/or construction
  • Coordinating consultant teams
  • Liaising with clients and Approving Authorities when requested
  • Preparing project code analysis
  • Reviewing drawings for Building Science accuracy, consultant coordination and compliance with local Building Codes and City Bylaw requirements prior to submissions
  • Participating in product research including building components and systems
