PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of related experience in civil or environmental projects
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software will be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation a plus
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P Eng with EGBC or eligible
- Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as PLS-CADD and Civil 3D
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- This role is in office in Kelowna, BC
The compensation for this role is an hourly rate, Independant Contractor or Employee Hourly, $40-70/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Senior/Intermediate Engineers preparing infrastructure projects, site studies and design, contract documentation and graphic presentations
- Provide project engineering and task management
- Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage
- Conduct complex hydraulic and hydrologic modeling
- Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums
- Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
- Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects
- Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
- Perform other duties as needed
