Responsibilities:
Working alongside Kerry O’Donnell and Robert Huse, you will be exposed to a wide variety of interesting and complex work including; land acquisitions and sales, joint venture development deals, negotiating contract terms, structuring entities and facilitating the titling and sales process for property developments, as well as working across commercial leasing, subdivisions, complex property development, Overseas Investment Office advice, commercial structuring (including trusts) and wine industry-related matters.
