We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -

  • Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and completes them with minimal supervision.
  • Working Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes.
  • Proven experience of Powershell and scripting skills to automate common tasks
  • Working knowledge of enterprise networking, including firewalls, proxies, security zones and encryption and how they relate to our services
  • Expertise in one or more of the following technology services- Microsoft Office 365 services including, but not limited, to:Teams, Yammer, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power Platform Forms & Business Workflow management .
  • Expertise in SharePoint server administration & infrastructure support + management of a Hybrid SharePoint On Prem / Online environment ,Domino / Lotus Notes Administration.
  • A team player, with community spirit, strong communications skills and a “can do” attitude. Works well in a collaborative team setting

Responsibilities:

As an intermediate or Spec II engineer for Collaboration & Property tech team, you’ll support approximately 18,000 staff across the IAG group in Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities include managing inbound incident and request queues for the wider team, providing third-level technical support to users, and optimizing collaboration services. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the broader Technology & Operations roadmap.
In your role, you’ll manage the business-as-usual (BAU) incident and request queues for our services. You’ll provide expert technical advice and support as needed, complete project activities, and maintain knowledge articles to drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with first and second-level support teams to enhance incident and request resolution times, perform Level 3 ticket resolution within SLAs, respond promptly to service interruptions, and monitor performance using management information systems. Staying informed about industry technology standards, you’ll share knowledge with peers and build effective working relationships with various cross-functional teams to manage the platform effectively and support end users.
