Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervising, mentoring and coaching junior colleagues in their daily work and reviewing their work product for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinating and supervision of subcontractors (drillers, excavation operators, chemical laboratories and others)
- Data interpretation and reporting, including integrating the contributions from colleagues into a high-quality project deliverable
- Developing robust study designs, conceptual site models, and preparing proposals
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, with emphasis on building long-term relationships
- Participating with senior staff in client engagement, business development, and long-term business strategies
- Applying your specialist knowledge and experience in fields of hydrogeology while appreciating the value of multi-disciplinary approaches for problem-solving
- Management of projects from the proposal stage, work scope development through to delivery and project close-out, including schedule and budget control, client communication, and invoicing
- Communicate and coordinate with senior project manager/engineer on any assigned task that requires hydrogeological input
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rule
