Your Responsibilities
Handling liability claims that have various levels of complexity
Assessing claims for accuracy, coverage and compliance with the policies
Investigating and gathering the necessary information to evaluate claims
Communicating with policy holders, brokers and other involved parties
Documenting all activities and decisions promptly and accurately
Collaborating with other team members and other departments
Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally.

Your Profile
Bachelors degree or equivalent
5+years of working experience handling medium and large sized claims in the liability line of business
Knowledge and capabilities to handle multi-line claims is an asset
Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle a high volume of claims and prioritize tasks effectively
Superior attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Working knowledge of German and/or French considered an asset
