Fusion Consulting is seeking a skilled Project Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience to lead and manage small to mid-sized IT infrastructure projects within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects related to infrastructure components such as server installations, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data center enhancements. Your focus will be on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting business objectives. You will work closely with senior project managers to refine your skills and ensure smooth project execution. Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry and fluency in English are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely project completion while supporting the growth of junior team members.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring effective execution throughout all phases.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including server setups, network improvements, cloud transitions, and data center upgrades.
- Facilitate regular meetings, provide status updates, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project transparency and timely issue escalation.
- Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, status reports, RAID logs, and post-project evaluations, adhering to organizational standards and GxP regulations.
