Position Title: Intermediate Technology Specialist - Enterprise Platforms Developer
Reports To: Senior Technology Manager, Enterprise Platforms
Department: Enterprise Platforms
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

Your activities will include designing, developing, documenting, testing, and implementing changes to our core systems while working closely with business partners, business analysts and IT staff.
Responsibilities:
- Design and program high-performance, scalable applications and database solutions
- Work closely with systems analysts, business analysts, and quality analysts to develop alternative solutions to meet business needs
- Document all program and system changes for ease of production support
- Analyze production system problems and recommend workable solutions
- Investigate and solve production problems with minimal guidance
- Make recommendations when new technologies should be used
