As a Benchmarking Intern, you will define the benchmarking agenda in close collaboration with R&D, marketing, and key market representatives to align projects with business goals. You will support benchmarking initiatives by working alongside R&D teams to develop standard protocols, ensuring efficient investigations and comparable results. Additionally, you will analyze benchmarking data to identify trends, providing actionable insights and regular updates to management on key investigation outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience

  • Undergraduate in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar disciplines
  • Interest in technology and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently define and prioritize benchmark initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, aligning with marketing, strategy, and market communication, while monitoring competitor and consumer electronics technology performance
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the timely execution of benchmarking studies, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Define benchmark protocols, manage internal tools for storing benchmark data, and independently plan, purchase, and distribute competitor devices to global teams and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data, create executive summaries, align benchmark findings with innovation strategy, and provide regular updates to the Innovation Forum, supporting the execution of the strategy in collaboration with the HoD.
  • Support the development of an innovation culture, oversee the external budget for purchasing competitor devices, and manage relationships for inter-company exchanges of competitor devices.
