WHAT IT’S ABOUT

We are seeking a 6-month intern to join our growing Institutional Client Team covering Germany and Austria, with an expected start date as soon as possible. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting client acquisition and maintenance efforts across the team and the firm.

• Supporting client relationship managers in preparing for client meetings and due diligence sessions, which includes compiling persuasive, bespoke marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Creating tailored, high-quality responses to client requests and performance updates
• Coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists within the firm to address client inquiries
• Producing written market updates and summaries of investment activity
• Supporting processes related to requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing well-justified inputs
• Engaging in business development initiatives and conducting market research on various client target groups
• Building professional and technical knowledge with the potential to develop into a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship
