INTERN CORPORATE TALENT MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

The Corporate Center is the headquarters of the Bertelsmann Executive Board. It coordinates all of the Group’s business activities and performs numerous Group functions such as defining and developing the Group’s strategy, capital allocation, financing and management development, as well as other key tasks in the areas of legal, human resources, communications and information technology, among others.
The Corporate Management Development Team based at the Corporate Center in Gütersloh is responsible for group-wide talent management and related projects aimed at future-proofing the organization. The goal is to identify internal talents with future-relevant skills at Bertelsmann, develop them through targeted development and learning initiatives, and thus ensure the internal succession of key positions in the medium and long term.
