Description:

As Intern Email Marketing you are a part of the Consumer Engagement & Loyalty team and support them in planning and activating campaigns across Digital Marketing channels, in particular Email Marketing. Earliest start of this internship would be in the beginning of March 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of the email creation process, from concepts to development, testing and email distribution including the coordination of all assets such as text copy, design, imagery, translations in various languages and markets
  • Testing and implementation of automated mailings and reactivation campaigns
  • Work across functional teams to ensure a coherent customer journey from email to conversion
  • Apply a strong understanding of new tools and marketing software, and have the desire and ability to create best in class emails for Mammut using the right technology and features
  • Creatively use consumer insights and data to segment different audiences
  • Support our loyalty management initiatives with planning and executing of campaigns, research and benchmark analysis
  • Brief and work closely with our external creative agency to create and deploy email campaigns
  • Collaborate with the social media and paid media team to align and implement communication across multiple digital touchpoints
