REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English (at least C1 level)
- Good German is highly valued but not essential
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and deliver high quality of work
- Self-starter with a strong focus on teamwork
- Customer-facing experience or collaboration with diverse teams is nice to have
- Willingness to learn and gain recruiting administration experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor education
- Availability at least 20 h per week

DEPARTMENT AND ROLE OVERVIEW
EMEA Recruiting Operations is a part of a global team and collaborates closely with Bain offices across the EMEA region. Due to the dynamic growth, we are looking for new talents to join our Team for the paid Internship.
Intern in EMEA Recruiting Ops is expected to perform with guidance from manager/team/stakeholder and will gain knowledge in the Recruiting administrative area. This person may be assigned to support one of subteams or rotate among the department, depending on the business need.
The allocated tasks may change according to the business need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrating candidates’ applications and data in the application tracking system
- Pre-screening of new applications
- Distributing applications for further screening
- Distributing online assessments to candidates
- Analyzing data (downloading pipeline-related reports, preparing summaries, presenting results)
- Updating candidates’ profiles after interviews
- Other recruiting-related tasks delegated by the manager
