QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studying Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar technical discipline (Preferably Electrical or Power Electronics / Telecomm background).
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have curiosity toward technical aspects of electrical, electronics, and mechanical components as well as to lean-manufacturing approach. Proactive toward problem-solving activities related to the Quality Department.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Ideal candidates will assist and support Advanced Quality Engineering projects under the guidance of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform Global Product Development audits
  • Cooperate in consolidating the Quality Plan according to the Global Product Development Process (GPDP).
  • Cooperate in a key quality activity in the developing control plan, project risk assessment, design FMEA, and process FMEA including corrective action plans.
  • Cooperate in Advanced Quality KPI reporting and data management.
  • Support GPDP and EOS activities inside the Advanced Quality Engineering department, special attention for project priorities, problem solving, and risk assessment.
  • Support reliability aspects of new product introduction projects, such as assessments, compliance to quality standards, or statistical studies with the support of the Advanced Quality and project teams.
  • Participate in at least one quality project applying Control Plan, PPAP, Quality Launch Plan, or Quality Process Improvement under the supervision of the Advanced Quality Engineering team
  • Completion of key quality activities
  • Actively participate in Product Development phase
