Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Generate Proximity & Production reports to prepare for business case for unsolicited bids for RFP Program.
- Support the team in daily monitoring of RFP Negotiations in Lanyon
- Provide support in RFP Analytics:
- Consolidated office locations and city volume data for all RFPs in the various RFP platforms
- Download files and save for DA team to process
- In-depth research on new accounts and trending industries to facilitate BD work by GS managers
- Consolidate feedback and response from clusters for various programs and its admin tasks
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality, Business or any related to Sales and Marketing disciplines
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to multi-task and enjoy working with people from different background / nationalities
- An individual who is keen to learn, detail-oriented and meticulous
