We are looking for an Intern HR Biologics (m/f/d) for our location in Basel.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support a variety of continuous improvement initiatives within operational HR delivery, contribute ideas for greater efficiency and enhancement of service
  • Provide administrative support to a highly visible program aimed at designing the future talent structure of Lonza Biologics
  • Review, revise and maintain of a vast suite of HR-related documentation
  • Create process-flow swim lane documents and ensure proper repository of information
  • Administration and maintenance of certain key data within our ATS, Workday
  • Perform regular audits of performance data
  • Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support as required

Key requirements:

  • Studies around business, HR and / or technology
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience using workday preferred
  • An affinity for new technology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • International life experience would be a bonus
